Vocabulary:

- Elderly: approachingld age.

- Teenager: of, relating to, or characteristic of people in their teens.

- Toddler: a young child learning to walk.

- Having sleepsovers: an instance of sleeping over, as at another person's house.

- Bite: to cut or tear with the teeth.

- Chase: to follow rapidly or intently in order to overtake

GOT TALENT 

Victoria Jacoby is a girl that can do cool tricks. She starts the trick twisting her body so much. She started doing gymnastics at the age of four. When she's finishing her trick, she takes a glass and puts into it some kind of liquid, then she started to twist her body again and drinks it. She is a contorsionist.

      SELF  EVALUATION

- I have learned about culture how musicians can play their favorite instruments if they have some type  of disability, and how Americans and British people has got he own show (got talent☆)

- In English class I have learned abot sports and abilities. I have to improve the vocabulary and the translation.

- In P.E. I have larned about badminton and hand ball. I havae to improve the exams.

-earn: to receive in return for one's labor or service.

-notes: a certificate, as of a government or a bank, accepted as money.

-pay for: to give over (money) (to someone) in exchange for something.

-pocket money: a small amount of money, as for occasional expenses.

-prize money: money offered, won, or received in prizes.

-annoyed: to disturb or bother (a person) in a way that displeases, troubles, or slightly irritates.

-messy:characterized by a dirty, untidy, or disordered condition.

-tidy: neat and orderly, as in appearance or dress.

DURATION

-It is the quality of sound that distinguishes long or short sounds. 

- Rest: represent the duration of the silence.

- Time signature: divide into equal parts and sets notes and rests values.

- Length modifiers: prolong or extends the duration.

 Dot: adds half of it value.

 Ligature: adds up duration.

 Fermata: extends interrupting the measure.

- Tempo: speed of the performance of a musical piece:

 Largo: very slow

 Adagio: slow

 Andante: calm

 Allegro: fast

 Presto/Vivace: very fast

PITCH

Pitch: is the quality of sound  distinguishes between high or low sounds. It is measure by wave frequency.

Tuning fork: it is an object used before playing an instrument.

Staff: is a group of five sapces and we put notes and symbols.

Cleff: it is a symbol than names the notes; there are two types of cleff :

G CLEFF  AND  F CLEFF

 

FUTURE IN YEAR 2100

-People will fly.

-Robots will be everywhere.

-Clothes will be white.

-There will be machines to do our homework.

-There won't be jewllery.

-We will have 3d printers in our houses.

-Humans will be replaced by robots.

MUSIC VOCABULARY

-Intensity: It allows us to distinguish between loud and soft sounds.

-Timbre: It allows us to distinguish between voices and instruments. 

-Triplets: It's a group of notes performed in the time of two.

-Dot: Is a small dot placed on the right of notes and rests, it adds half of their values. 

-Tied: Joins notes which are next to each other and which have the same pitch or sound.
